Since Farepak's demise Unfairpak have been very aware of companies which are not regulated in any shape or form. Details of same are contained in this forum. We have also been aware of many companies falling into administration/liquidation and have followed those stories closely also. Here is a place to follow up to date stories and look towards campaigning for regulation, which we achieved through the CPA and can hopefully achieve through our other ventures!

The Regional Forums and Local Campaigns have all been merged here due to the fact that Unfairpak turned this very quickly into a National Campaign. We have a lot of information in here relating to how members felt at the time of collapse, Credit Unions, Media Requests, Kind Gestures that were made at the time of the collapse, the Farepak Response Fund etcetera.
