Tracey has the correct point here and I actually spoke with the journalist prior to him printing the article and explained what Tracey has actually said.

Also, Linda and I sit on the liquidators committee as you all know and we are responsible for sanctioning fees and we have sanctioned those fees.

I will never, ever berate BDO for the work they have done and continue to do but that does not make "good" press hence my comments not being printed

If you look at the Agents report sent out recently and read the receipts and payments etc you will notice it is not all joint liquidators fees. There are forensic accounting fees, legal fees, the trust monies which were sent to customers - approx 1/4 of a million pounds!!!! There are TAXATION fees which have to be paid, VAT etcetera so it is wrong to say that 50 pence has been swallowed up by liquidators fees as that is NOT correct.

Anybody needing anything explained regarding receipts and payments please ask and I will do my very best to explain :) x

OK Suzy thanks for that, and yes realise that the liquidators have not got all the sum quoted, but the total process is and has been a very costly process both in time and finance to go through, and indeed will continue to be so for some time yet I imagine.
