Hi

Suzy and I had a meeting with the administrators last week and they told us that letters were being posted to agents as from yesterday, they have asked if you could please allow a week to receive your letter, if you have not heard from them by the end of next week to contact them at the address given on the Farepak site.

HTH :)

No problem! If you do not receive a letter by 1st December then make sure you contact them, just incase it has slipped the system, but if you have registered your claim then its unlikely! :)
