I believe the banks are basically not lending full stop!!! Chris, yip you are right - all the government seem to do is hand out tax payers money to sort out the banks who do NOTHING to help the people who actually are helping them :? :? :? - but not through choice - when did the government ever as the everyday tax payer whether we wanted to help banks or not :evil:
