Take a guess, the word starts with S ends with T comes out of a A and has a total of 4 letters.

Judge Dobkin blamed the collapse of the trials on HBOS.

Leeds Crown Court heard that a key witness for the bank, who the judge refused to name, had materially changed his account of what happened between the second and third trials, leading to the collapse of the latter.

Doubt it would have been Shane then considering he is programmed to ALWAYS say the same thing!

Being serious though that is a heck of a lot of tax payers money lost because of the Key Witness from the Bank - what they going to say to that ? "We stand by our Key Witness, he/she did the right thing, the JUDGE was wrong"????????????? :shock:

:roll: most prob Suzy that's their usual trick protect themselves and bugger the customers. Yes the bank that likes to give that little bit extra...to themselves and their shareholders that's for sure. :twisted:
