http://uk.news.yahoo.com/5/20090124/tuk ... dbed5.html ..... Lord Myners blamed "mismanagement" at financial institutions and said their senior executives are "grossly" overpaid with little sense of the society around them.

Well at least they are still keeping to their usual stance..... empty words! The only thing they will be sorry about is the Millions they lost in their shares, one big difference they've got no one to blame other than themselves

Somehow I don't think sorry is quite enough somehow. I would say sorry for ever day of the rest of my life if I had made the money these guys have made in just one of their years salary.

watched a bit of the inquiry, it is funny seeing them squirm, there is nothing they would like better than to hide away, and let someone else deal with the poop.

That said, it's pot and kettle time with mp's taking the moral high ground.

See crosby's resigned, hope more comes out of mr moores testimony, bet he's spitting feathers at him for breaking his hush money deal.

Watched quite a bit of it on Sky today and thoroughly enjoyed some of it, then realised that once again the public are being treated like idiots. Why televise it all ???? Other than to let us all know what a great job is being done to sort this mess out

What next ??? Public flogging ???

At the end of the day if someone allowed me to make millions I'd do it too
