the DD guarantee is to safeguard payers or building societies/banks shoud an error go wrong. It does not cover administration or liquidation which we knew. Contact HBOS re sponsoring bank. :twisted: :twisted:

I have tried contacting HBOS through BACS and did not recieve a reply, same with Natwest. :roll: Some hard lines I think need to be drawn now. :x HBOS we are coming for you.

Data protection and credit standing checks prior to establishing DD scheme down to HBOS on how often and the criteria. Contact HBOS re sponsoring bank. No info on 3 criteria. Sorry, copmputer not accepting long messages!

Thanks Suzy, I hope they can do something as everything is pointing back to HBOS and I don't think they are going to be very receptive based on past experience.
